team bubbles or
team tranquilles?
Some people like it when it bubbles: bubble lovers who reach for a bottle as soon as the sun comes out. And then there are those for whom life is a long, quiet river, who prefer a light, sedate, no-pressure red.
Our history
Pierre & antonin, friendship in a bottle
Pierre Caizergues and Antonin Bonnet met in New York on July 4, 2010. The ideas were flowing, and so were the cannons!
They talk about the Midi, the Mediterranean, and the future of this Occitan and Cathar South of France. Antonin, from AOP Larzac, and Pierre, from AOP Malepère, have it in their blood! Their grandfathers and fathers were very involved in local viticulture.
However, Pierre & Antonin have a free hand: they create “vins d’auteur”, “vins de copains”, rebellious, lively wines in which they fully express their avant-garde, innovative vision.
Their challenge: to produce natural wines accessible to as many people as possible!

Understanding our wines
What exactly is a resistant grape variety?
A resistant grape variety is a natural cross resulting from manual pollination between a European vine (Vitis Vinifera) with recognized oenological aptitudes and a wild American vine (Vitis Rupestris) resistant to the diseases powdery mildew and downy mildew.
A kind of super-organic!
Do you add sulfites or other inputs to your cuvées?
No! All our wines are vinified with indigenous yeasts, naturally present in the grapes. This is easy with our resistant grape varieties, as they are not treated very much and their natural yeasts are thus preserved.
So we don’t need to add any inputs. The natural acidity of our resistant grape varieties, combined with meticulous monitoring in the cellar, means we can avoid adding sulfites to our wines.
What's the difference between a natural wine and an organic wine?
Organic wine complies with precise viticultural specifications, but still allows certain inputs during vinification.
Natural wine, on the other hand, goes one step further: it is organic and no additives are used during vinification.
Is your packaging really eco-responsible?
Yes, 100%. We use:
– The lightest bottle on the market (370 g), manufactured less than 80 km from the vineyard.
– French cork, sourced from the forests of Roussillon for the corks.
– Natural wax, instead of aluminum capsules.
– Labels made from recycled fibers (sugar cane, hemp, flax).
Even our cardboard boxes are recycled!
