2. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all sales of products offered by the Vendor on the Site, exclusively to consumers (B2C) located in mainland France. All orders imply full acceptance of these GSC.
3. Products
The products offered are wines. The Seller provides a description enabling the consumer to know the essential characteristics. Visuals are not contractual. Products are offered while stocks last.
4. Awards
Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated. Prices are subject to change at any time.
5. Control
5.1 Processes
Selection of products, addition to basket, validation after verification. The customer must provide accurate information.
5.2 Confirmation
The order is validated after payment. A confirmation email is sent. The Vendor may cancel any order in the event of obvious error or fraud.
6. Payment
Payment is made exclusively by credit card via a secure system. The customer certifies having the necessary authorizations.
7. Delivery
Zone: Metropolitan France only.
Carrier: Chronopost
Delivery time: 2 to 5 working days
The customer must check the condition of the package on receipt. Any reservations must be made to the carrier and the Vendor within 48 hours.
Return address in the event of retraction: head office (31 rue Gaston Bazille, 34470 Pérols).
8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
The customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal. Unsealed products are excluded for reasons of hygiene.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

9. Legal warranties
Legal warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code L217-3 et seq.).

11. Mediation
In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may have free recourse to a consumer mediator.
A mediator is in the process of being appointed. Information will be updated as soon as possible.
12. Liability
The Seller is not liable for indirect damages. The customer remains responsible for his use of the products.
13. Intellectual property
All elements on the Site are protected. Reproduction is forbidden without authorization.

Data processing complies with the RGPD.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. The French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
