Montréal d'Aude, a small village near Carcassonne, is home to Domaine de Stricou, our family country home. It was here, in 2022, on untouched, uncultivated land, that we naturally decided to plant four hectares of what would be organically grown vines. The first Languedoc Trousseau, as well as Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc and Albarino, now occupy the landscape among the valleys, hills and oak forests. We expect to be tasting the first vintages in 2025!
